Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and must be interpreted in accordance with Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the interpretation, validity and/or execution of these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the place of residence or domicile of the customer.Returns

You may return the product within a maximum period of 30 calendar days from the date of the delivery. It must be returned in perfect condition, in its original box or packaging, keeping the label and with all the accessories.
If the product is not returned in perfect condition, HOFF will not accept its return and the customer will have to schedule a pick-up at their own expense. The customer will be notified by email that he will have a maximum period of 60 calendar days to be collected, once this period has expired HOFF will understand that the customer renounces to his products and reserves the right to donate or destroy them according to their condition.
You have 30 days to check that the product is in perfect condition (visible defects such as stains, tears, etc.) and/or if it is the correct size or model. We will accept the return of the same as long as they are in perfect condition and have not been used.

HOFF has made an effort to show the colours of the products as close to reality as possible. However, the colour of the products displayed on screen may be subject to variations depending on the quality of the screen of your device. In this respect HOFF cannot guarantee that the colours displayed on your screen are true to life.
HOFF is a casual dress shoe. It is not intended for sports use, difficult or slippery surfaces. We use delicate, high quality fabrics, such as suede, chosen for their aesthetic value and comfort. HOFF is the trade name of the company THE HOFF BRAND, S.L. The following terms and conditions of sale regulate the access and use of the website (hereinafter “the Website”) owned by THE HOFF BRAND, S.L. (hereinafter HOFF).

HOFF may disregard and not process an order if there are insufficient guarantees of creditworthiness, if orders are incomplete or incorrect, or if products are no longer available. All orders for products are subject to availability and, in this regard, if there are difficulties in supply, or if there are no items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide information about substitute products of equal or superior quality and value which the customer may order. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. Secure Electronic Commerce is an initiative whose basic principle is to guarantee security in Internet transactions. When making the payment through the secure payment gateway, the system will automatically verify that the credit card is activated for Secure Electronic Commerce.
